Yin Yoga Intro

Michelle Hudecki will guide you through the theories and principles of yin yoga!

She will discuss the benefits of the practice and how it can benefit you personally.

Yin yoga is an all levels practice. You decide by listening to your body how deep you will take the expression of the pose.

We will be holding poses from anywhere from 3 – 5 minutes. After we have our discussion about the practice of yin and your questions and concerns have been addressed, Michelle will guide you through a long juicy yin practice!

What you will need: Comfortable clothing, water/tea, any props you may have at home ie. bolsters, pillows, eye pillow, blocks, blankets and a notebook and pen (optional).
