NADA YOGA: Miracle of Sound & Music

Sound and music can activate the whole brain. They are the most powerful and safest tools for meditation, healing, alleviating stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, dementia and taking us to higher levels of awareness.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the philosophy and science of Nada Yoga and practice chants, and sound meditation.

JIVASU, MD BIO

Jivasu’s teachings emerged from his direct experience of Peak Intelligence Moments and State.

Trained as a physician, Jivasu, along with his wife, Karen, served marginalized communities in the Indian Himalayan foothills. Later, he studied integrative mind-body medicine at Harvard Medical School.

His work focuses on the bio-psychological architecture of what he calls the “natural self.” This led him to build a framework titled “Naturality,” which explores the scientific basis of energy, consciousness, complete health, and spiritual experiences.

He is the author of Naturality: A Natural Path of Awakening and Meditation.

Jivasu teaches integrative mind-body medicine in medical schools worldwide, as well as his training programs of Naturality, Kundalini Yoga, and Nada Yoga.
