Live classes are offered through Zoom. You will need a free Zoom account to participate which can be downloaded on most devices. Camera can be left on or off depending on your comfort level. Class links are emailed 15 minutes prior to start.
FitVID is our virtual studio offering pre-recorded content and replays of classes and workshops. We understand that not everyone can make it to live classes. The FitVID Major Tom monthly membership includes unlimited live streams, access to library + more perks!!
Asana (physical postures) is the third limb of the 8 Fold Path in Yogic traditions as described by ancient Sage and author, Patanjali. Yoga in Western culture is primarily based around Asana from the Ashtanga Yoga lineage and branches out in many styles and levels, inviting each body to explore what works for them.
Pranayama, the fourth limb of the 8 Fold Path explores different breath techniques to invigorate and purify, deepening the connection between mind + body awareness. CHURCH 444 offers a variety of breathwork classes ranging from yogic traditions and modern day practises.
